In the book of Romans, the apostle Paul, likened the Church, (the body of Christ) to the human body. He explained that the body is not comprised of one member, but many members and there is diversity of the functions of the body but also unity. We know that we all have different gifts extended to us by God. It is our vocation to help you identify your gifts and put them into practice. When we are all serving in sync with one another, our mission of Loving God, Serving Others, Reaching the World is being fulfilled.
If you are interested in serving in a ministry, we encourage you to participate in our Foundations Series. The third week of the series focuses on discovering what your God-given talent is. If you cannot attend the classes but have an idea of where you would like to volunteer, please email Joette Lowe at contact@lifepointecog.org. Please view the list of ministry opportunities we have available. There is a place for YOU here at LifePointe!

4 “For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5 so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us…” — Romans 12:4-6
